Sandals Royal Bahamian All Inclusive - Couples Only (Adults Only) Hotel Nassau, Nassau

I recently stayed at Sandals and I must say, my experience was a bit mixed. The location is fantastic, and I loved the warm welcome we received upon arrival. However, the service was lacking at times, which took away from the overall experience. The dining options could use some improvement as well. Despite some disappointments, I managed to enjoy my time thanks to great interactions with fellow guests and some standout staff members.

Unfortunately, my experience at this resort was far from ideal. While the rooms had a lovely view and were equipped with soaking tubs, the service was consistently lacking, leaving me frustrated throughout my stay. There were some highlights, like the food quality, but the staff's attitude put a dampener on the overall experience. I definitely did not feel like a valued guest.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The beach area was quite disappointing, and the dining options were very limited, making it hard to find meals I enjoyed. However, the room was clean and the pool area was nice. Unfortunately, the service was lacking and attentiveness was hit or miss. While the stay wasn't terrible, I wouldn’t say it was worth the price I paid.

The views from our oceanfront room were stunning, and we enjoyed the fun watersports, but the food left much to be desired and often arrived cold. Housekeeping was inconsistent, which was a major inconvenience during our stay. Overall, while there were some highlights, the drawbacks made it hard to relax and enjoy our vacation.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Sandals Royal Bahamian, with beautiful views and memorable service from our butlers. The room was clean and comfortable, but some aspects, like the dining experience and room service, need improvement. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, but we did encounter minor issues with room maintenance.
